Set maximum frame rate.

Limit redraws to specified number of vertical refreshes. 0 - 100. Default: 1
−-texture number
0 - None
1 - Smoke (--smoke)
2 - Ripples (--ripples)
3 - Ripples (--smooth)
Default: Random
